Nothing special. As usual in every organisation some office politics are there. Especially in every hospital, doctors are so egoistic people. So concentrate on our work and responsibilities. Don't involve any other matters for your success. Involving and Ignoring is a very tactical decision in work life. To implement something good, we have to involve. And to avoid unnecessary problems that divert your work and responsibilities, we have to ignore.That you have to learn wherever you work. But here, owners are very straightforward and approachable.. if you are good in work and you are right, they will consider you.
