Attitude of managers towards agents is quite rude.... N holding salary for Unplanned leaves... U couldn't even take 1 unplanned leave.... U can lose upto 3-4k by just 1 leave in a month

Very bad culture The manager and team leader Akshay Gunaga is the worst person in that organization, he talks with very bad words in floor of the office, he does not have any kind shame on speaking bad words in front of all He makes us to seat for long time everyday even after completing our 9.30 hours
