Unlike other KPO, one can try his/her hands on full accounting process. Only major issue with this company is remunaration. Monetry growth can't be expected from management. Also the company needs to focus on improvement of work culture environment.

Toxic environment especially in the Software Department. The egoistic attitude of the department head. Never suggest joining this company. All rules are in the books only. Spoil your career by playing a dirty game. Always giving false promises.

It’s a good company to work. You can learn lots of new things here. Work atmosphere is very good.

They are not providing any other benefits other than your CTC. But there is no variable cost in the CTC they offer that’s good thing.

I like the work culture. The flexible work timings. I am bale to balance my personal and professional life very well. The company policies are in line with the interest of its employees. The employer-employee relationship is very cordial.

Please avoid taking this opportunity. No respect for employees. Long timings. When we question about timing line manager directly questions your inability rather then discussion on a solution.
