The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

We can’t blame Pacific Drilling for Job Security at different situations like Recession or COVID It’s the responsibility of Contracts Division to secure Drilling Contracts for their Fleet

Team building was slow due to cultural backgrounds but after a few months... everything got to it's peak...twas a great experience for me...

Dislikes

The company hardly consider locals from Africa and this causes the job to go slow especially when the so-called expert are ignorant of the equipment.... I think the job and position should be based on experience and not complexion.
