...ogy. And the career will be question mark and it will be the candidate own risk. Salary will be more low than you expect

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but the growth is slow... The work pressure is slightly high. Sometimes i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend the calls. Also there is no nojob training for fresher. Hence the senior folks like me have to guide them step by step. They mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.
