The flexible working time is a great advantage. You have to work 5 hrs compulsorily from office and rest you can work from home. You can work one day a week from home. The work culture and environment is great. Supportive managers.

Dislikes

... a year now we have been transitioned and the promotion cycle is not yet opened. Salary cycle is yearly and only up to 5% hike you can expect. As you work on same tasks I feel there is no skills added. You don’t even get the opportunity to switch internally in India or change the team.

Working with Paccar is fine experience. Not too much great. Company trying to find employee enjoyment more with sacrifice of weekends. Due to direct customer, job security is more

...tion making company down. Pulling leg or betrayed employees by TL is first here. Salary compared to other department is less. Work life balance is no balanced due to all events on weekend, heavy work load doesn't find employee to work or recognise them self where they r. Management team looking for promotional activities but TL or reporting manager point out employees too much.

WFH police is not good, only 1 day in week , for 1 day WFH need to discuss with manager and need to take on respective date only. Leave policy and leave criteria in KRA does not match.

One of the worst companies. Does not allow work - life balance. It is not an employee friendly company. If the employee has severe medical issue they will not abide by the rules

No specific plan for employee growth. Salary Increment is poor 1 to 5 % only. All team leaders are looking their own no any commitment to employee and even given commitment are not followed.
