The manager is worst, the company makes false promises about training and client interviews, i strongly recommend no one join this. there is no future here, the bond is 3 years and they pay way below the industry standards. I am stuck here without a way out nor any growth or hope.

Dislikes

Manager is worst, not given any projects to work on and they ask do the projects from github and online sources. they fake experience and they expecting us to know all like 3 year experienced.

Nothing,manager is not good,no trainers,waste of joining the company.

Dislikes

You cant work on real projects in this company to learn something,they expect you to do everything without giving proper training on anything,HR's are not good,managers are not good ,MD is always busy with his own things ,not interacting properly with employees to listen to problems.Total waste of joining this company, please dont join here,there are 15 employees for IT,who dont get training.
