Small company thus you know everyone.

Dislikes

...u need to know how to please your bosses. They don't stick to their hr policies. They want reasons to cut from your salary. There is no formal way to keep track of your leaves...so they will deduct whenever they want to from salary. Their average compensation is below market standards. They can even charge you for filling your water bottle.

Nothing, even i lost my previous job.

Dislikes

...ut any justification they fired my brother which made him get into depression. After few days he got the better job as P2 had also denied to pay his salary. HR rule- If Any employee is fired from the company, they need to pay the compensation to employee equal to his notice period. We were hopeless and they found us very weakest that's why they did not pay my elder brother salary. I wish one day you should realize.

People working there are cooperative and the working environment is good

Dislikes

Low salary, and when you want to look for better prospects and want to leave the company, the company will show its real face, they wont pay your dues and last months salary inspite of giving them the notice period. While working in the company, you wont get time to prepare for any exam.

Honestly I am telling about this organisation. 1) From last 2 year this company had not provided to me appraisal. 2)Mrs. Rini & Mr. Shwetank Jain is not supported. 3)There is no appreciation of your dedication. There is no support on personal behalf. I suggest you please do not join this company. If you will join this then you will waste your time. This behaviour is common for each & every employees. There is Mrs. Rini (she is very Egoistic women) she is think that employee will do work when she will shouted on employee. She will provide you only mental stress. She says that she believes in women impowerment but truth is she doesn't understand women situation. If you are not doing work according to Mrs. Rini then she will poked you that level, you will resign this company. There is no rule & regulations. Work environment is very stressed. Over all my last experience is very bad.
