Unclear path to achieve Goal / Targets. Sometimes indecisiveness brings recession at work. Change Management is not streamlined. Many times, the decisions given under change management are not cost effective. Company runs departments through People and not thru standardised process. Business needs to be more process oriented. Exposure of employees holding senior positions is not at par with the PS Group business needs nor at par with industry standards.

No doubt that the company is supporting in this pandemic situation but for me i dont see any career growth here. I am stucked at the place where I started. 1. Work atmosphere in Psgroup is fantastic. 2. Behavior of Management is so polite and I always feel it's my second home . 3. Every year we got appraisal as per our performance. It is so true that company always maintain balance in Appraisal system so I have no issue on that. 4. Now Politics is everywhere but level is low in my organization. 5. We have learning system in our organization and we learn a lot from there. 6. Overall best organization from my point of view.
