No concrete polices, unreasonable marketing expenses,poor HR management, worst working hours in the industry. Non Professional and unsupportive culture.

PNGs culture is very good.. People around you they are also good they don't have any attitude..png is like a family..png is very good company to work.they teach every thing..and senior manager supervisor they are very supportive..

No work pressure as everyone works on his/her way. Goals/Visions are very big, but it's like Bamboo (hollow from inside). Bamboo, atleast will give you some benefits, but here nothing. People caught red handed in unethical work are not sacked, but they are retained for longer time.

Community Biasness, Lack of clarity, Lack of leadership, etc. Person can identify difference between Boss & Leader very easily

At job security points it will s not a good place to work, during lockdown we worked continue from home but they deduct 70% salary and given us only 30% and assured us once situation gets normal we will release rest but yet I haven't received any email I was chasing them multiple time and finally I resigned the company.compare to small brands png is a not good place to work and I don't know what base they are receiving awards such as "best place to work"?
