Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

collaboration i love my job because everyone shares vision and is dedicated to the mission . Work life balance i love that i have a great degree of control within my job. Autonomy i like the autonomy i have because my boss allow me to innovate.

Dislikes

Little Bit Salary Issues is there because salary is not on time. Rather then i don't have any kind of problems

It is good or best college in my view for students. This college provide all facilities,and understand all need for students and faculties,

All is good but they safe or protected only their candidates in all thing.
