Salary structure is too poor. No training and development plan for executives No recruitment criteria for selection of executive, diploma graduates are working on same pay scale...even most of the executives are getting higher salary package than their seniors

Improper and unbalanced job profile work , some are overloaded and answerable and others are too free that they need to search corner to pass their working hour time.

In my current organization, I donot get enough chances to showcase my core knowledge. Also company frequently changes it's policy without keeping in mind about their own employees. Also appraisals are very less.
