...nt. No increment if you don't become chamcha. Late working hours but not paid . No salary paid on time. Very basic salary but work load too much.

It is a good learning opportunity. Get to work on good projects in the firm based on its reputation in the industry.

Dislikes

...tarting from top is terrible and same work culture cascades throughout the firm. No benefits like annual bonus or annual/timely increments, no appreciation. You cannot expect any help with grievances.

Likes

The only thing that is likable is deadlines can be extended. No work happens on weekends unless very much urgent & necessary. If an employee is good in work, good increment is given.

Dislikes

1. Lot of politics & gameplay happens. If the associates decide to screw an employee, they will create so many unnecessary problems in his work, that one day the employee gets frustrated & resigns himself. 2. The main boss is very, very rough,arrogant & rude in speaking. Even though your work is good, he will still abuse. 3. No job security. They can kick an employee out at anytime, even if that employee is quite senior. 4. No facilities, no mediclaims. 5. No particular standard of working. 6. You need to ask the associate every single thing, even if you want to send an email, yiu need to confirm it from your associate or main boss. 7. Flexible timings are available, but with lot of restrictions. 8. Overall......Please think twice before working here. Only one senior associate is very good in working & handling all the projects assigned to him.

Honestly there is nothing much to be liked they just have a BRAND NAME

Dislikes

Office politics is horrible to another level. It is difficult for newbies to adjust. Jealous Colleague delete your drawings, Team leaders are not aware of using the basic software, Un-growing Seniors literally talk irrelevant shit about you. No Discipline at work. 3D Head keeps on yelling at top of his lungs in the office. Cheerful and lively behaviour is not tolerated at this work place. It is sad and depressing all the time. And unfortunately you can be asked to leave the organisation because you are perky.
