The only positive aspect of the company is that its project is located in the Himalayan region, instead of that, there is nothing to enjoy in this company.

( The people who were there did not know all that much about Engineering ). 3) Approx 3-month delay in salary and never on time. 4)In this no work difference between Engineer, Supervisor, and Foreman all are in the same position. 5)You will never get any support from this company in an emergency situation.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company politics are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary remain pending upto 3 to 4 months.... 12 hours duty per day..... No leave on Sunday but compulsorily attend half day.... Every year promotion and increament is not done.....No social life due to 12 hours duty....
