Nothing happen in PA footwear

Dislikes

1. None of the people not having proper knowledge about the management 2. No standards are not maintain inside 3. leather store staff are worst behaviour inside and unworthy words are using 4. I study MTech but my work is like a lower level people, store room cleaning, parcel services, heavy material we need to carry. 5. I work in PED department not given proper room and computer for ous 6. They didn't have orders for shoe upcoming years they layoff immediately without any reason.

Very poor company to work, there is only strickt in time and out time is late night daily, if any one want to work ther forget your personal life. The manger sucks, he dose'nt have family, so he also thinks no body has. even if the work is completed he dose'nt allow to go home.

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
