1) Lala mentality Management 2) Head of Supply chain was actually null in technical skills of Inventory management and team management. 3) Managers/heads don’t know how to talk/behave with their team 4) they had that mentality if u are working more than official working hrs than only you are working otherwise you don’t have work. 5) No job security is there. 6) Female employee who are close to Lala are going to get more promotional and financial benefits than other employees.

Managment is very punctual to the reporting time. And they are giving good salary on timely.

Dislikes

Managment is blind and not keeping trust on old asset. There are to much work pressure. Management not trying to understand old employees. No job security. No future. They are keeping trust on hiring or firing.

...o work. Public holidays are cancelled by management for Work load and Business. Salary Delay. More than 12 Hours Working Time.
