In my level , I would give 100% marks to my MD Mr JS Sethi ji who keeps on motivating to give their best. I came from tiles background , initially it was a bit challenging but with Mr Sethi sir's support and motivation its now quite good.

Nothing is likeable terrible culture in Kolkata

In Kolkata there is Mr Arindam Ganguly and his team Suman Roy, Riazul haque, chanchal sharma they working like a gang threatened new employees,no lead is given to new employees creating problems for them to work

Product wise it's strong enough but Technician support which was not given that much

Culture from the GM suresh located in bangalore Doesn't know product and knowledge about the segment and he handles the entire zone

Good working environment, transparency in policies, healthy culture, respect your decisions, parity between authority and responsibility. Opportunity to learn and explore. I enjoyed my working with the company and management.

To be honest there was nothing much to like or to share about this company

There are so many things which I didn’t like but in short It would be great if they provide training to their new joinees before assigning tasks to them also there were less chance of growth and learning in terms of career. Sales team could be more polite and cooperative.
