It was very good time working with Oyster&Pearl. I got to learn lot many things. Co-operation among the team-mate was helpful. Work environment was good it all depends upon us how we react with the surrounding. Politics is same in all organisations. There were patients comjng from Oman. Got to learn many things.Overall had a very gud experience.

Got to head the entire lab. Was very badly run before I joined. Took great efforts to put systems into place. Was encouraged and appreciated for good work.

Dislikes

There was IT like work culture in O and P when I was working. So many consultants have been removed ruthlessly .... without giving any reason whatsoever..... just the way it is done in IT industry. Hence job security was really bad when I was there.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
