In the company the only thing that was no so good but comparitibely okay was salary that we get the salary by date 7-15 of every month after asking for several days.

...ployee is beneficial for the company or not and all these things are not enough they also cut off the salary of sick leave (that we have 1 for the month)and no use compoffs (extra working of more than 7 hours)they denied adjusting that and so much.

...s a joke --lacking experience , zero knowledge , and providing no real support . Ask about appraisals or salary Increases ? All you'll get is a "I'll ask sir and let you know " response . The CEO? He lacks basic humanity. Even in emergencies you can expect to be pushed for overtime.leave policies are a farsce : they'll find any excuse to cut your salary,evn for minor tardiness,regardless of how long you worked the previous day.When deadlines hit, expect 12+hour days without proper breaks or even basic consideration for food or refreshments. Freshers are treated like cheap labor, paid a pitiful 8K-10k inr per month and still having their pay docked for server issues and forced leaves.the production manager is full of ego and clueless when it comes to real work-he's only there because of a friendship with the CEO In Conclusion,the studio is a complete mess. Upper management is the only group thriving here, while everyone else is underpaid and undervalued. even senior artists with a decade of experience can't touch a decent salary. Hope companies they have parternered with take notes and push for better practices.
