Coworking industry is a extended arm of hospitality industry, and this company lacks hospitality from its base... unrealistic sales target given, lot of politics, eventually you need to hire those ppl who have basic industry rules known then non industry ppl who have no idea of what is customer centricity

Oyo workspaces is full of nepotism. Top management is from ex- Max group and they have got all their friends and near dears in the company to run the show. Management misuse the power and promote people who doesn't know the business just because they show it on excel but in actual world it is quite the opposite. They have hired IIM, IIT, ISB people who are managing the business but have no idea about coworking and workspaces business. They are just waste of money for the company but company doesn't know anything. It's sad that a big brand like Oyo is getting negative publicity because of these people wrong doings.
