I have been working in a company since last 5.5 Year and recently been shifted to a Metro City from Tier 2 City and now I am being asked to go to another state and lead the team there. Whereas the current leader is getting close to 27-30 Lakhs and I am being offered 18-19 Lakhs with variables included. Currently I am getting 16 Lakhs. What should I do

...even I'm not getting job due to market conditions. Oyo lay off in pandemic time. I beg to said that to keep me in 30 to 50 percent less salary as I'm only one in my family to earn. I'm leaving in rent in city. My parents are senior citizens. Then also they fired me. Today my condition is very bad. Im not able to have both time food also.

Staff was supportive and humble. Gm and hm helped alot me during work. Salary on time. Incentive.

Dislikes

Appraisal got cancelled due to Covid-19. Received full salary till april. In may will receive 5 thousand only. In June 5 thousand only. July and August without pay. But with medical benefit. Company should think about employees. I spent 4 days n night continuously only me no others person at property morning evening night only me. Regular 24 hours. Gave proper time and stand with company in every situation and now wrost period don't know in future company lay off or accept

It was great time working for oyo,I was enjoying my job with full enthu since 2015, but during covid 19 , company has taken step back in respect of supporting , knowingly that nobody will get job opportunity in current situation.

...performance retened due to favouritism.i Never expected this from the company. It could be better solution if company cut off equal percentage from each and every employees salary, nobody would affect badly with this. ... hotelier object to delist hotel they strictly say no and drag partner to court. Worst organisation to work where half of salary goes back to organisation through wallet recharge orelse you will loose your job.
