There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a not sure about your job security. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...y . They dont paid salary before 20th of every month . Do not Join this company. They dont pay gratuity to any employee who work more than 5 years.

Management is not supportive. Company has no policy for operational man power. And they don't give good salary and very low bonus almost 1000 rs in a year. Company gives increment maximum 1000rs for one or two employee or other employ icrement range is 300-700rs most of operational employee.

The management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very low and career growth is very slow. Company is not provide minimum one time fooding and tea.

The company is open to innovative and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and a global client base.

Compensation is not decent, but growth is slow. The pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in evening and sometimes late into the night

Speaking of the Noida office, the director is terrible, and the office is not safe for the female staff. They do not provide salaries on time, and travel expenses are not paid even after a year. They also do not provide gratuity to employees.
