Worst place to work. Unnecessary Owner involvement in operations even as he has no clue of this business sector. Work here only if you like to l**k the owners boots. That's how employees here survive. Rest are tortured and kicked out. Owner has top political / bureaucrat connects hence he even HITS his employees.
