I joined as fresher in 2017 and now I am an Asst. Manager with 5 years of experience. I learnt so many new things from OCTS. Each and everyday you will get an opportunity to develop and grow yourself both Technical and Non-technical. OCTS has a very excellent ambience, nice work environment, good working culture. Company policies are good and appraisals depend on your yearly performance. You will get a home-from-home feel here. They are providing free food, cab facilities, employee welfare activities etc.., Proud to say I'm and OCTSian.

...n and everything. If they don't like means, they are trying to target employees. Manager, Asst manager, HR's - won't take any decisions, they are always jing-jang to the founder because they need promotion and salary right😂😂??As per the company policy, if one person has jing-jang quality means, you will definitely get a great future in this company😂😂😂

...e about the company is the politics in there and how they treat their employees. And also salary won't be that great. They are also very strict with the timing and usually everyone overwork (12 hrs).
