.... Everyone only seeks money and the MD reluctant to take any steps against this. The salary structure management is even worse. Everyone gets one month's salary after 2-3 months. The HR has also no policy and duty on this.There is also no security and safety for the workers while workingThe treatment of company's project in-charge towards their employees is appalling. If anyone If an employee says anything against a superior, he is threatened with termination and future termination.Employees are not given any kind of PF benefits and salary is paid hand to hand without any proof that you have worked in the company.All the employees are paid less than minimum wages.

Nothing. Company have no any care about staff and workers. They only need money.

They doesn't give salary in time. They give salary with hold three months salary. They doesn't give money against wages. This is the worst company i have ever seen.

MD is very energetic and very supportive , the Company requires Project Management guys who can accept the new challenges. Learnt a lot in the field of EPC.
