Well, my overall experience with outline was good. You just need to ignore few people and focus on your work. But some people are good too.. its a mix culture and combination of few people. The best part which everyone seek for is management and they are supportive and treat you like a human.

Dislikes

The pay scale is bit low than other companies & because of few people the stability becomes a question.

I am very happy with this company as there are so many co operative employees. They give hike as per the performance. They don't wait for confirmations or any timeline. If anyone is performing well they will give hike right away.

Like in every organization, employee is secure if heshe performs. Cafeteria is good. Policies are fine if not good. Incentives structure in place for some departments. Overall secure company to work with if you don't expect much.

Dislikes

Managers are biased. Lot of Politics, Favourism. No value given to experienced or skills. Training given by those who themselves requires it. Lot of Groupism. Overall, if you are 'Pappu or Puppy' you are successful but if you are not, than don't expect much, just work.

I would say that the organization is a great one to be aligned with when it comes to job security, work culture, benefits, facilities.

Dislikes

I think the top management should work on bridging the gap between the staff and them. Most of the genuine feedbacks/concerns are left unheard which eventually raises the alarm when it comes to the Integrity and Authenticity of the morals of the organization.

Nothing, I am so sure any of the ex employee would definitely agree with this statement that the management is ruthless and dose not respect there employees at all. The manager's name Rajesh Saini specifically is one of the most disgusting manger i have ever seen
