Will Blacklist very soon. Employers are not important for the company, salaries will be delayed for sure, only asking for works but giving no rewards to the employers. No future ahead, on the way to a blacklisted company

...e of what is going on with the company. The senior management is highly partial. The company is going through a terrible financial crises, and the salaries, let alone compensation have not been paid since 3 months.

Work culture is also not that much good..there is no job security.they don't provide you EPF and ESI for your job .

Don't expect salaries on in time .it may take around 2 months for single month salary.

Work Life Balance, You can work from your native village and surroundings. If u reach half of their targets it should be ok.

Process of working is not up to the mark . We deal with farmers so process is delayed and even company also delayed the process of sending machines to farmers ..
