Working at OurBus so far has been great. A good salary, supportive team, and opportunity to take ownership of various projects are something I like.

Dislikes

...ary delays are not appreciated given that they are announced at the last minute. Everybody wants to be paid on time, and it feels bad when it doesn't happen.

...liant but trust me they are most pathetic nonsense people live working there! No doubt they will give you heart winning salary package but be ready to be there slave and congratulations they won’t feel your self respect is even exists. Few names for your knowledge- i will disclose it very soon with more reviews and with more and more reviews just wait. No matter which department you been selected to work for- trust me they will deduct your incentives without worrying about your hardwork. And a special credit goes to manish and his team leads

Everything Nothing is there to like Specially managerial level people and hr team they are either blind or company’s puppet They will see bad happening but instead of taking action on the culprit they will fire the people who is being harmed

...smal corporate culture that hinders any semblance of progress for its employees. The company offers a salary package that's far from competitive, and there's virtually no opportunity for personal or professional growth. The so-called "vibrant culture" is nothing more than a facade, with a senior management team that is indifferent at best and rarely available for support. Rally OurBus fails to empower its employees, leaving them feeling stagnant and unappreciated. During working here all you will will be disappointment, associating with this company all my time here been a regrettable nightmare.

People are nice and understanding. Work is interesting and since this is a startup so you can learn a lot from ground level to upper management work.

Salary date is 3/3 which I dont like but you can never have everything!
