Well the school is taking every possible step to avoid any physical touch and following social distancing.Every employee is scanned before entering the school premises and is given fresh masks and a 100 ml sanitizer bottle. Every thing from fees collection to studies have been done online. The office is regularly cleaned using the finest disinfectant.

Dislikes

Everything from the employee point of view is excellent,The staff is treated just like family the Principal of the school is fantastic she’s a woman with every quality that an administrator posses.

The staff at OOEHS Alain are a great team to work with. The management is very encouraging and appreciative of your good work. There are immense opportunities to learn & grow, lots of PD sessions are held for the benefit of the teachers. The schools adopts the latest technology & teaching strategies.

Dislikes

The work pressure at times is high, particularly just before an inspection.
