They first hire you give less salary and then without any prior notice they layoff you or remove you with only just 1 month of training and work life balance is also not good they treat you like nothing

Likes

They hire freshers who are completely new to the industry. And train them to work.

Dislikes

...pleting the tasks on time. 6 months probation period with no statutory benifits. You will have to work with the same basic salary offered in the initial days for a long term. No such good environment to work, They are expecting to get more works done with the less salary offered to freshers in the name of so called training and experience.

Likes

1) Good Work Culture, Friendly staff and colleagues 2) Ok work life balance 3) Decent compensation till 2 years back. 4) Good for freshers to join as they can learn a lot. 5) Not good for experience staff, also the company mostly do not hire experienced staff.

Dislikes

...ny mostly hires freshers. 6) No appraisals / employee of the month procedure. 7) No Bonus during Diwali/New Year etc 8) No wages for extra working hour.
