Culture is too bad. Too much politics. Zero job security. You will not get salary on time. Too much of deductions from the salary. Hike cycle is too worse. HR director is just a joker. Sales VP is a such useless guy he will never understand the reality. He just want to live in his own world. If you want to leave the job, you have to serve 3months notice. If they to remove you, they can do it in over night. Working at OTSI will be a nightmare.
