Here they will hire contract people from tie-up consultancy and there is no increment even after 1 year and half year and not even verbally also this is not the case for 1 or 2 members , this scene I have seen In my batch where almost 15- 18 members hired from one consultancy for different role different positions in different departments , all the people have same answer ni increment even this is ok but when it comes to notice period it's 3 months , they will not confirm your job ,and job role is like that some people will treat like labour working for there home means they will give the work some how we have to finish that's it , I had almost 6 years of experience befor joining there but my experience is worst, think before you join.

Just time doing work in Otis elevator company in third party sub contractor pay so I want doing work in properly join duty in Otis elevator company not pay third party sub contractor.

...hnical expertise within OTIS after sometime you will be redundant in the market. Financially they will pay more however long-term don't expect any promotion.

Middle management who are not subject matter expert create all problems. They will never allow to grow in the Organisation. Also there are more regional politics is there. People who can speak get more preference in the organisation. Top management listen to them and they get all promotion.
