Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). In the oswal i have been working from last 1 and half year overall working environment is good . And there TL is good always supporting. None of them uses a abusive or any rudeness to juniors. And even all senior's are glade to help juniors. U dont have face CEO directly but nature of CEO is also very good . I think this is great place to learn as a software developer great environment

there is no career growth , it is politics base organization and one rule no any body can do on own self decision . we have to do only follow the instruction like a machine and not budget for to do this.

Dislikes

senior management and work culture. senior management is not a stand on there own commitment about the salary increment and employee benefit. they are not interested to give the facility of PROVIDENT FUND & E PF Scheme .
