Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is good. Company policies are good. Company give bonus every year.

Salary is ok but career growth is slow. We don't know which training we want to growth from our career.

NOTHING, they are cheating people who work remotely. Just false advertisement about 5 lakh per annum salary, but in reality, they are pending payments for more than one year, procrastination goes on about payment, neither receiving a call nor replying mail.
