Honestly, there’s nothing positive I can say about my experience working at Osumare.

Dislikes

Unfair salary deductions: The company deducts significant amounts from salaries without proper communication. I was informed about salary deductions for non-working days only after joining, which wasn’t mentioned in the offer letter. No work-life balance: Leave policies are unpredictable, with second and fourth Saturdays often cancelled at the last moment. Employees are overworked, with unrealistic expectations on the quantity and quality of design work. Lack of basic amenities: The office lacks basic facilities like AC and tea. Employees have to manage small tasks like turning off lights or fans, which should be the responsibility of an office boy. Unprofessional HR: The HR department lacks proper knowledge and doesn’t communicate important information upfront. They even forced employees to leave positive reviews online to cover up the truth. Toxic work culture: Constant mistrust from management, frequent salary deductions for small mistakes, and an overall toxic environment where employees are demotivated. There’s no clear direction or structured workflow.

It has been a fantastic experience for my career since I joined Osumare Marketing Solutions as a digital marketing consultant. The organization is a great place to work because of its emphasis on doing excellent work in digital marketing. The group is encouraging and highly supportive of originality and ingenuity. I'm happy to be a part of an organization that is both professional and friendly, as I've had many opportunities to offer my thoughts.

Osumare offers a good work atmosphere. Each worker is extremely passionate and full of excitement about their work. Everyone is happy to help you, and the office is cool. Because of the flat structure, there is no such thing as a sir or ma'am in the office. All day, tea and coffee are available. What I like best about it is that you don't have to work from start to finish; instead, you can take short breaks to recharge whenever you're feeling worn out or about to get overwhelmed. The workday is flexible and runs from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. Come early, leave early!
