Salary on time never delay, very supportive team member and learning good.

Work life balance is 0, they want every tast to close today it self, some manager are too personal they want you to work on weekend and force you for that.

Good work and life balance. Teammates are supportive manager is also good hearted supportive person who cares about timely work done no matter how you do it jst get it done in given time.

Salary is too less. They keep you on hold for long time and suddenly comes up with queries

Teammates are very nice and supportive, manager is good and friendly. Overall company is good to work with and there is security for the job.

1. In some cases salary is not as per quality and standard. 2. There is no procedure for technical training to the fresher. And there is no technology upgrade.

Company hires fresher candidates. Good Company to start your career. Flexible working hours. Good environment in Process team but some process are very bad for work. HR are useless in some cases.

Dislikes

Sometimes you have to give extra hours for work... No compensation for Working on weekends...... Some Managers are not to worth have it as Manager.
