Company hires fresher candidates. Good Company to start your career. Flexible working hours. Good environment in Process team but some process are very bad for work. HR are useless in some cases.

Sometimes you have to give extra hours for work... No compensation for Working on weekends...... Some Managers are not to worth have it as Manager.

Worst company #No pay for OT will have to work for atleast 11 to 12 hour daily #9 hours login compulsory #you should reach before 10 AM if not then 6 late marks are allowed after that leave will be deducted. #you will be forced to tuck in and wear shoes #Parvej team is worst in this company mostly hiring is going for that team you should avoid if your manager is parvej #work life balance is zero you will be frustrated if you are in parvej team he will not go home on time neither you will

Salary on time never delay, very supportive team member and learning good.

Work life balance is 0, they want every tast to close today it self, some manager are too personal they want you to work on weekend and force you for that.
