... this cycle you work for 13 14 hours a day and even work on Saturday and Sunday. They achieve their motive with less salary, by just proving you as dumb personality you keep working and trying to justify that you are not brainless employee. And you stuck in that cycle and never come out that's the great manipulation technique they apply and keep their employees sustain for 10 to 12 years

Work life balance is 0, they want every tast to close today it self, some manager are too personal they want you to work on weekend and force you for that.

There is no work-life balance in this company if your team manager is Parvej. He is egoistic and forces employees to work 11 to 12 hours daily. The official office hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM, but if you are in Parvej's team, you will be required to work long hours every day. Although the company follows a Monday-to-Friday work schedule, employees in Parvej's team are forced to come in on Saturdays as well. Other teams in the company have a better work environment.

Teammates are very nice and supportive, manager is good and friendly. Overall company is good to work with and there is security for the job.

Dislikes

1. In some cases salary is not as per quality and standard. 2. There is no procedure for technical training to the fresher. And there is no technology upgrade.
