Ups- 1. good to start for fresher as better than many small industries exploiting the youth. 2. You can get little better than others if there is urgent requirement. Downs- 1. no job security, can be fired overnight without assigning any reason. 2. Lot of politics involved in different departments, becomes difficult for newcomer to get the work done. 3. Career growth prospects are limited as they will keep shifting from one department to another according to their need in 3 to 4 months period hence specialisation is not possible to achieve.

I have enjoyed working in the company. While I have hands on training about the technicalities of the salable items for the purpose of developing positive leads. Besides, there was an excellent working culture for the growth of individual employees.
