Don't give salary on time. They promise to give incentives but they Don't give. They Don't consider leaves inspite of having lot of leaves available.

...t you have to write or make patient write fake reviews regarding the treatment..atleast 15 every month to get your salary. No holiday have to work everyday even on holidays

No help during covid-19 is provided for doctors or there pts everyone is suffering,they keep firing doctors without explanation,not giving pts any ans if there payment is cleared. If yu want to get treatment here keep payment pending only then they will take care of you

...linic everyday,they don't bcare about employee's health either onlybabout money.even before pandamic they use to delay salary's by 3 months and that to 8ncomplete salary is given worst employer ever and non professional doctors who don't bare best of pts but how to increase patients treatment so take more money that is called converting patients

... patients. Only money game is going on. Don't care for patients nor the doctors. Salary is never given on time. Literally need to beg for it. My 3 months salary is still pending. All they want is to get their work done. Initially they tell a different salary later on without informing they reduced have my salary and when asked about it they don't care anyways the month is over you can't do anything. Also first month salary will be retained which u will never get it.

Doctors get to improve skills because no other quality clinics will allow learning dentists to work on patients

...respect their doctors and wants to do the work of a receptionist and telecaller. They Pay very less for really good dentists and pays so much for the useless doctors, who doesn't do any clinical works . they say there are increments, but they dont pay you. No leaves will be given for any special days. No proper sterilization protocol is followed. No respect for patients either. They target more on money rather than providing quality treatment to patients.
