My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...t in role there is no pf and employees are treated as agent in the company book. Salary can be stopped at any point of time. Vinay gupta is a full cheater in the market will give high fake promise and will bring you in the company. No incentive no culture can call you in vc at any time at night. Vinay gupta form new company every year and dissolve the company and its employees in next financial year. Via is there first venture and they have to sell it as Vinay gupta went to bankruptcy. Pls don't join the company and spoil your good career and don't leave your good company for these money cheaters.

First of all there's no job security, but even if you manage to save your job here, you'll not get enough paid, no promotions, no culture. Let's talk about work-life balance, it's considered as joke here. You'll get calls at night and you're supposed to answer those calls. If you don't, then congratulations you are no longer Tripfactory employee.
