Vinay gupta form new company every year and dissolve the company and its employees in next financial year. Via is there first venture and they have to sell it as Vinay gupta went to bankruptcy. Pls don't join the company and spoil your good career and don't leave your good company for these money cheaters.

First of all there's no job security, but even if you manage to save your job here, you'll not get enough paid, no promotions, no culture. Let's talk about work-life balance, it's considered as joke here. You'll get calls at night and you're supposed to answer those calls. If you don't, then congratulations you are no longer Tripfactory employee.
