Getting salary before time. Parcallaty policy is applied by looking at the face of man.

The Organisation is excellent but the Admin and HR is so bad and they do parcallaty. If the mistake done by other team member they fired and if HR they saved and CEO of the company is also like this, sitting with eyes CLOSED.

I worked here for 19 wonderful years, but HR management takes on its own basis whomever it wants and whom not want, they doing parcality specially with when the employee some high authority relative as everyone knows each others.
