Dislikes

Here growth is very slow.Here I have worked very hard i.e.12-14 hours.Here HOD doesn't give promotion on performance basis.They give promotion to them by whom they became benefited.

Company has poor job security.I am an area incharge of conveyor belt maintain.team.during the period one time increament getting.no promotion given me.company has provided bus facility from bistupur to plant.working culture almost good .

We enjoy to work together with our team members , upper management helps us to solve our problems. they guide to do and give liberty to manage our job responsibility. Top management has also give us free access to discuss any problems. Members of other departments are also friendly.
