... 21st, planning to serve a 30-day notice period. That’s when everything shifted. The company started acting differently toward me, looking for any excuse to push me out before the month ended—likely to avoid paying my salary. On June 28th, after a late-night of working, I accidentally overslept and missed a few early morning meetings. My manager jumped on the chance to accuse me of lying and cheating. They terminated me on the spot, blocked my access to everything, and didn’t even acknowledge the actual reason behind it. 5. Disrespect and Exploitation: I’m the sole breadwinner for my family, and after giving everything I had to this company, they treated me like I was disposable. They held my salary, gave me conflicting reasons for my termination, and didn’t seem to care about the impact on my life. If you’re considering working at Unlax Consumer Solutions Pvt. Ltd., please think twice. The way they treat employees is not just unfair—it’s downright exploitative. I hope sharing my story will help others avoid the same kind of experience.

The only good thing here is that you will learn the dark side of corporations and how to fool people. It can only be a good company for an internship

A ghatia company running on interns. They hire interns for 6 months which I guess on a stipend of 15-20K. People come and go here like metro trains, and the attrition rate is very high and that's why they hire poor interns to manage everything. Most of the people in the tech and marketing team are on notice period. The HR head here thinks of himself as a king and there's no point if you take up any of your complaints or escalations to him. The company is heading without any direction and everyone knows that. Everyone working wants to leave this place. I won't name a few people to be mindful of their careers and futures but they openly discuss and talk negatively to their juniors making sure that everyone around them listens to what that junior is being said. They do it to show how superior they are but in reality, they are just a few spineless individuals who are jealous of their juniors. I remember a case where someone asked a very logical relevant question to his manager but that spineless individual openly told him how bad he is despite that person doing a great job and asking very genuine questions. To show you how poor the state of affairs here is let me give you an insight into what is happening there currently ~ They recently launched their product voicegenie and it does not have a sales and customer support team. The engineering team here has become the customer support and account executive team here and they give product demos and followups to the prospects XD Okay that's also understandable given they are a startup but the interns working in the engineering team are asked to give the demo of the product to a prospect XD If you want to join this company keep in mind it's a sinking ship and keep looking for a job elsewhere meanwhile you join here.

I’ve been with the company for over three years, primarily due to personal family health reasons. Otherwise, I would have likely moved on sooner. There’s a general sentiment among employees that many would jump at the chance to leave if offered a comparable or better opportunity elsewhere. The company’s decline seems to be largely tied to three who play a central role in its ongoing issues: Vice President: This individual has been responsible for implementing processes that, while numerous, don’t add any real value. These inefficiencies have significantly increased the workload for employees who are already working hard. Despite the failure of a product he personally led, he continues to maintain an unyielding attitude, avoiding responsibility for the ongoing challenges and disruptions. Delivery/Support Lead: Holds the title of "technical manager" but lacks the technical expertise necessary to support the team. Her primary focus seems to be on office politics, spending a significant amount of time listening to self-congratulatory remarks rather than engaging in meaningful support or fostering collaboration. As a result, the delivery team frequently feels undermined and unsupported. HR Manager: The HR department, rather than helping to build a supportive and balanced work environment, has become a source of frustration for employees. The HR manager has demonstrated little empathy when employees have requested to reduce their notice period, and many have felt compelled to leave without serving the full notice due to a lack of understanding or assistance from HR. If these three individuals were to be replaced or temporarily removed, the company would likely function much more smoothly. Their constant focus on office politics and redundant processes has contributed to a toxic atmosphere, undermining morale across the company.

Underpaid interns, most of the time people who are client centric has to work overtime (no overtime money) to meet the expectations. Client side Project managers are ok still jira management and all not so good, No product managers lol. No proper management for developers :( no actual senior developers, lead naam ke hai kaam ke nahi. Sorry If this sounds harsh par jo hai vo hai :)
