Very bad work environment and culture teammates are very unprofessional and man management is biased company policies are not employee friendly.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address new employees issues there is a thinking in management and the upper superior colleagues that they are God and can do anything with the new employee

This company is a shit with no professional behavior and ethics. They exploit the employees mentally by playing dirty politics and creating stressful working environment. The managers are inhuman and rude. The managers forces the female employees for working in night shifts without providing the cab facility. They even start torchuring the employees. if one asks for appraisal or a yearly increment which is a right of every employee. They follow a mixture of US and indian policies which are only in favor of the employer. In terms of compensation they dont give a bit as compared to the work they expect from the employee. These inhuman people dont even consider the accidental trauma and medical emergency for giving the leaves. There is lot more sufferings employe get working over here. Guys dont ever join this company .It is better to sit at home rather working in this living hell.
