Receiving salary was the only good part.

This company treats their employees like bondage laborer. You are supposed to run time tracker along with video recording of your surrounding throughout. There is a hard bound of completing 168 hours each month on time tracker, even if you take leave you have to figure out a way to complete those hours. They have issues if you take leave on Friday. Zero learning opportunity / technical support from leads, only harassment. Unrealistic work expectations. Unprofessional HR Clueless IT team, they do not have the budget to provision a decent enough system for work. Extremely egoistic, incompetent and shady leadership, they run the company like a scam call centre mafia.

Likes

Good work environment and good culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but carrer growth is slow

This company has some talented and dedicated employees. However, the compensation offered (CTC) is relatively low compared to industry standards.

Dislikes

I am deeply disappointed with the work culture at this company. The management has a history of forcing employees to resign under pressure, which is both unethical and unprofessional. Notable instances include Mandeep Kaur, Sourab Pathak, Harminderjot Singh, and Vijay, among many others who have been laid off unjustly. The company’s approach to handling employees is extremely poor, creating a toxic work environment. I would strongly advise potential employees to consider these issues before joining.
