The Only thing I liked there is that there was no work pressure but at the same time there is nothing for an Individual to learn and grow.

What I dislike the most is the Salary thing so, for everyone who are looking to Join the company sooner or later please be clear on your heads that don't take an NCNS prior to salary day else they will hold your salary I mean is the ridiculous way how the organisation is working have no words for the same.

Worse please to join I committed a big mistake by joining there, they do not care about employees at all, management keeps on threatening all employee all the time to terminate, as there is no hararki no buddy is there to reach if you have any problem with management as there is only managers wo do everything even hr reports to manager only, they are so unprofessional that they even Deny your employment once you left from the organization and joined somewhere else they will not clear your BGC, I would not suggest to anyone join there still if you have no other options and have no hope for future and you find this is the last organization on the earth you can join on your own risk.

There is nothing to like here....Its terrible to work with such Unprofessional people.

This is not an organisation. It's more like a personal Factory where some managers makes rules by their own and they themselves don't follow it. Highly unprofessional management with poor behaviour.

It’s a small working community with good sophisticated people who are very helpful to each other.

Dislikes

Office politics. Your future doesn’t depend on your stats but how good you are to TL. Management of Orion is highly partial to employees. So, if you are joining, you should make sure that TL likes you. If she doesn’t, you should look for another job immediately.
