Here you can focus & learm many things as it's a consultancy & they're still growing. The scope of learning something new & developing of your skill will be much easier than other companies . There is pressure but it drpends on the team & department one is working with. Overall company culture is environment is good . Ofcourse there is politics just like every other company but still it's much better. The only thing candidates should be concerned about before joining is their sslary range & other benefits. It's too less according to me. Rest depends on the individual
HR department is very much slow,man power low,no intension to work
Salary is on time
Pressure is huge,marketing team is fully dull,false candidate is given by marketing team for class
Trainer responsibility is increasing day by day

TDS is deduct every month salary 10 percent,where the money is gone we don't know??no receipt given by company for 10pecent of salary deduction amount
