Good to associate with ORIGO for about 3years

Managers are less knowledge than executive.. if you know the work and subject you will pay less if you can manage work and management than your GOD with high grade payment.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a globle client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the the US and Canada.

Company is in still growing stage, work culture is best in the industry, you can have work and social life balance

There is no proper job allocation for individual for specific job, some times you have to do all vertical jobs, little bit frustrating some time

Origo is very fine company about work culture and management and managers very friendly and approachable

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Total 2 month notice period is bad because when we are looking for other jobs they are not ready for it..
